AY! marshmallow sandwich cookies are called "smores" pronounced "shmores".. allison my housemate in perth taught us about it, can be made in microwave too! BUT...hers werent cookie-cookies. they were a mix of flour, cooking chocolate, maple syrup/honey and maybe sugar and some chopped nuts.. =) hi-fat and REALLY good!
